Inspired by the generations of Polynesian Navigators that have crossed the Pacific Ocean in wooden sailboats, Ho’okele opens with the bright, fresh citrus notes of Sparkling Lemon and Tangerine Peel, complimented perfectly by the warm and comforting notes of a Koa Wood canoe, Grated Coconut, Sheer Jasmine, and Dewy Muguet.

Ho’okele comes in a crisp, bright-white Hasami porcelain vessel. Dramatic swashes of deep-blue indigo glaze are deftly hand-painted on each vessel, to evoke the stormy seas of the Pacific Ocean. Each vessel is slightly different from the next, making them all unique works of ceramic art.

Every Miza candle arrives in an elegant wood box crafted from Paulownia (Kiri in Japan), a fast-growing tree native to East Asia. A wood lid is also included to help preserve and protect the candle when not in use.
