Ceramic Vessel & Wood Box

Kīlauea comes in a ceramic vessel inspired by pāhoehoe, the vast black fields of hardened lava found on the Big Island of Hawaii. Each Kīlauea vessel is etched by hand while the clay is still wet, using a technique called ‘tobikana,’ and finished with a matte-black natural glaze.

Every Miza candle arrives in an elegant wood box crafted from Paulownia, a fast-growing tree native to East Asia. A wood lid is also included to help preserve and protect the candle when not in use.
